GET SUFFICIENT REST

You’ll need to sleep more, nap more, sit more, and lay down more.

FOOD

Do not consume cooking wine, ice, greasy food, fried food, and spicy food like Mala Hotpot. Do not consume food which promotes lactation. Do not consume any kind of caffeinated drink such as coffee. Caffeine is a diuretic, which means that it pulls more fluid from you, and that isn’t the goal for healing.

STAYING HYDRATED

Your body needs ample hydration and a lot of fluid to recover.Infuse your water with fruit or vegetable slices ( Lemon, cucumber, or strawberry slices ) , Herbal tea , Nourishment and hydration warm broth

KEEP WARM

Keep yourself warm and do not touch cold water. Take preventive measures to avoid catching a cold.

PREVENT INFECTIONS

Avoid having sex during this period. Do not shower in a bathtub.
